Returns

Oliadesigns.com will accept items for exchange or credit memo within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Shipping

Oliadesigns.com offers shipping via FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes. We ship overseas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information.

Repairs

We will repair any design purchased through Oliadesigns.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email repairs@oliadesigns.com if you have questions.

If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, we will charge you a small amount for the repair and shipping.

Repairs on items purchased within the past year are free. We charge a small fee for repairs on older items. We normally complete repairs within two to five weeks.

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items. In this case, we will notify you promptly.

All your Information is kept private and safe.

Security

All order information sent to Oliadesigns.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.), version 3.x and later, support SSL.
